What is ‘Journaling for you’?
- For a week, you receive a daily email with that day’s journal promp.
- You grab your notebook, set a timer for 5 minutes, and answer the prompt.
- Write for the full 5 minutes. No need to overthink: everything is fine.
- When the time is up, you can keep writing if you like. Just make sure you take those 5 minutes.
- In the emails, I share tips and my experiences with journaling and writing.
- If you encounter any issues, you can always email me, and I’ll be happy to help.
That’s it! I can’t think of an easier way to make time for yourself every day. And you’re doing it entirely for you.
