Time for Yourself with a Week of “Journaling for you”

A week of daily contact with yourself, your thoughts, and your feelings. Sounds intense, right? Fortunately, it doesn’t have to be! With the challenge “Journaling for you,” you spend just 5 minutes each day in a simple and accessible way connecting with yourself.

Does this sound familiar?

  • You race through each day, hoping to keep up with time.
  • Everyone seems to want something from you, from your partner and kids to your employer and colleagues, to family and friends.
  • You really want to do everything right, but sometimes you just don’t know how.
  • Deep down, you know you need to make time for yourself and that it will help you, but where do you find that time?
  • When you finally have time for yourself, you often end up mindlessly scrolling on your phone because you don’t know what else to do.

What if this could happen?

  • You take 5 minutes each day to pause and focus on your thoughts and feelings.
  • In those 5 minutes, you can follow a guided prompt instead of having to think about what to write next.
  • Using a journal prompt, you write for 5 minutes about whatever comes to mind.
  • After those 5 minutes, you feel closer to yourself and ready to tackle the rest of the day.

That would be nice, wouldn’t it?
